Neu-Stim

Neu-Stim is a simple yet uniquely powerful treatment, involving gentle stimulation of reflexes through light stroking movements. It has an exceptionally positive effect on children, teens and adults.
In terms of correcting developmental delay or learning difficulties, it is at the cutting edge because of its ability to deal with retained fetal reflexes and not just primitive reflexes.

Using a specially designed MIP neural stimulator, a partner performs a set of gentle stroking movements on the client’s back or other parts of the body, for approximately 5-10 minutes each morning and evening. This stimulates specific nerve endings, which in turn activate the early reflexes, allowing them to integrate and inhibit, kick-starting the normal developmental process once more.

Neu-Stim even has the power to treat conditions such as eczema, asthma and food intolerances, as well as sinus and ear problems – issues that cannot be remedied by other alternative sole exercise-based programmes. Once we reach the point where the early reflexes have inhibited, adults are able to perform to the best of their ability, at their natural level of intelligence. In terms of future development, they will continue to improve and thrive.

MIP neural stimulator

This gold-plated metal device has been designed both for ease of use and for maximum effect in stimulating the nerve endings, allowing reflexes to become activated and finally to fall away. We recommend the neural stimulator particularly for use on the four major spinal reflexes, with more reliable and rapid results.

SoundSense

We find that many of our clients suffer from mild aural under-development. This may or may not manifest as hearing problems, glue ear, but through poor laterality, leads to Auditory Processing Issues. This impacts on their achievement levels and sense of self in the world. It can be corrected through retraining the ear by listening to neuro-acoustic sound.

SoundSense music is unique to our clinic and more dynamic and effective than the many generic tracks available elsewhere. It has been carefully composed and recorded so that the listener derives maximum benefit in the shortest time. Each track is individually tailored to meet the needs of the listener, depending on the nature and extent of the problem.

You will need a good-quality CD player and headphones (cheaper players and MP3 players are no good, unfortunately, as the quality and accuracy of the track is lost). We will advise on the most suitable equipment. Clients should listen to the track every day for 10 minutes. Treatment times vary.
